UNHOUSED SERVICES

Food

Our unhoused guests receive a “To Go” bag that includes ready to eat food such as ravioli, soup, fruit cup, breakfast/protein bars, a sweet treat, and water. As available, will also include a sandwich, salad, or fresh fruit.

Unhoused guests may come once per week to receive a “To Go” bag of food during our regular distribution hours, Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Partnerships:

Metro Relief helps our unhoused guests obtain IDs, driver’s licenses, and birth certificates and assists with housing placement.  They will be on-site at Good Sam with the Soup Bus on Fridays, typically between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m.

Parkland HOMES no longer provides services at Good Samaritans of Garland. If you need medical care, please proceed to:

Clinic Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Patients seen on walk in basis, no appointment required.
